Order Confirmation:
When you place an order with us, our customer service team will call you to confirm the order. During the call, we’ll clearly inform you about the product price, delivery charge, and any other relevant details. We proceed with shipping only after your confirmation.

Payment Policy:
You don’t have to pay anything in advance. All our orders are Cash on Delivery — meaning you’ll pay only after receiving the product in hand.

Product Verification & Accuracy:
At the time of delivery, you have the right to inspect the product while receiving it from the delivery agent. If the product does not match the photos or descriptions shown on our Facebook page, website, or promotional content, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Order Change or Cancellation After Delivery:
If you receive the correct product but later change your mind or want a different item:

If you’re not placing a new order, you’ll need to pay only the return shipping cost.

If you want to exchange the item, you must pay the shipping charge for the first product to the delivery person, and the delivery cost of the new product must be paid in advance to us.
